David has more than 25 years professional advanced design and hands-on development experience in a number of disciplines, with his degree in Mechanical Design Technology.
Thomas Delattre
CEO & Partner
A proven sales and marketing executive with strong strategic and management skills focused on net profit. A creative and disciplined leader, Tom is able to direct high volume domestic and international sales through strong management, meticulous planning, extensive professional relationships and effective communication.
Michael C. Romeo
Chief Scientist
A 45-year research & design veteran and former NASA scientist, whose career path extends from Aberdeen Proving grounds and NASA, to Johns Hopkins University. Michael is a “brain child” whose career path has successfully developed products that span virtually every discipline from space propulsion to cellular science.
Raymond Beja
Director of Research and Development
A graduate of Northern Illinois University, with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics degree, his design talents encompass electronic circuitry, mechanical design, and software development. Career highlights include: Ray has over 40 years experience in advanced engineering management and has unsurpassed discipline in electronic component and electromechanical production documentation.
Scott Campbell
Mechanical Design Engineer
Accomplished Mechanical Design Engineer with a solid background in design, layout and detailing of components, fixtures and special machinery. Demonstrates project management capabilities with a consistent track record of completing projects to specification. Able to anticipate consequences of various design solutions and react quickly to changes.
Gary Reeve
Production Manager
Gary has an extensive background in architectural design and model fabrications. After graduating from Northwestern Connecticut Community College in 1975, he dabbled in the health food industry and restaurant field, along with numerous self employment ventures. Transferring to Florida in 1983 , he owned and operated his own architectural scale model company for more than 25 years.

John Charles Merritt IV
Technical Drawings
John Merritt IV is a senior at Clark Advanced Learning Center and has completed 93 credits at Indian River State College where President Massey has recognized him several times for making the Presidents list. He has been accepted to Florida Institute of Technology for the fall of 2012. He is actively working towards degrees in electrical engineering, computer sciences, and theoretical physics.
