We are a product innovation and development company that provides inventors, entrepreneurs, and corporations all the key services needed to research, design, enhance, produce, and deliver branded, packaged, finished products.
With over a century of combined experience, Envision’s team has developed, produced, patented and marketed hundreds of both high-tech and low-tech product innovations that have successfully sold to markets worldwide.
The Envision team operates with high energy and integrity, and shares a passion for success. We strive to foresee, and work relentlessly to overcome obstacles that often arise on the path to market.
Envision was originally founded in 1995 in Stuart, Florida as a full service contract design firm called Drafting Designs. Over the course of 15 years, Drafting Designs became the local “go to” resource for CAD design, patent drawings, prototype development, engineering, and manufacturing support.
The team was challenged and trusted to support a broad range of clients spawning expansion and growth for local aerospace, industrial, medical, and consumer product businesses.
In response to client needs and interest, the firm re-emerged in 2009 as Envision Product Development Group and expanded its offerings to include market research, commercialization, and mass production services.

Meet Our Founder
David learned precision machining and production manufacturing techniques at a young age working with his father, a US Navy trained Tool & Die maker who founded a home based machining company called Carson Tool & Die, Inc.
In 1996, following in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps, David formed Drafting Designs, a full service contract design firm. Leveraging 3D solid modeling and rapid prototyping, Drafting Designs became a well known and trusted firm to the area serving inventors, entrepreneurs, and product based businesses.
In 2009, responding to an increasing demand from local entrepreneurs to create and grow product based businesses, David re-branded the firm as Envision Product Development Group.
